Delivery

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, or courier operations.
* Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
* If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend taking photographs before opening the parcel.

Important Product Care Information

Chocolate is a natural product and premium chocolate is especially sensitive to temperature.

Our chocolates are made with high-quality Belgian couverture chocolate, which melts more easily than compound chocolate because it contains natural cocoa butter. This is a sign of quality and authenticity.

If your chocolates become soft during transit, there is usually no need to worry. Simply place them in a refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before enjoying them. Refrigeration restores their texture and allows you to experience them as intended.

You may also notice a light whitish layer on the surface of some chocolates. This is known as chocolate bloom, which can occur due to temperature changes during transportation or storage. Chocolate bloom is completely natural, does not affect food safety, and is perfectly safe to consume. It does not alter the quality of the ingredients, only the appearance.

Return & Refund Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

* Change of mind.
* Personal taste preferences.
* Incorrect product selection by the customer.
* Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
* Orders refused at the time of delivery.

Replacement or Refund

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if:

* An incorrect product has been delivered.
* Items are missing from the order.
* The product has been damaged during transit.
* The product is received in an unacceptable condition due to shipping.
* There is a manufacturing defect.
* The product is delivered past its expiry date.

How to Report an Issue

* A brief description of the issue.
* An unboxing video (strongly recommended for faster verification).

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Chocochi may offer one of the following, depending on the nature of the issue:

* Store credit.
* Partial refund.
* Full refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method wherever applicable.

Order Cancellation

* Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
* Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
* Personalised, customised and corporate orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
